To ensure the lasting beauty and preservation, we advise periodically wiping it with a soft cloth and applying a high-quality metal polish. Our meticulous plating process is designed to maintain the handle's elegant matte appearance and to decelerate the natural oxidation process, thus prolonging its pristine condition.

Shipping will occur within 3 - 5 working days from the date of your order, except for custom-made orders and entrance handles.

Can I buy samples and return them if they are not suitable? Yes - just order your samples as desired and then return any unwanted items to our return address and we'll issue a refund.

Can I visit a showroom and look at the products? We are online only at the moment, but you are welcome to order samples and then return them for a full refund if they are not suitable. We also have a number of distributors in the UAE and the USA which stock a limited range of our products available for viewing. Please get in touch for further details.

All of our items are sold individually, except where clearly marked (Such as all entrance handles) as a set either in the product title, description or product specifications. If you are still unsure, please get in touch with our support team.

We offer a 5 year warranty on all brass handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 1 year standard warranty.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

To ensure a perfect match in color and finish, we highly recommend selecting products from the same collection. Different collections, even with similar/identical color names, might have slight variations due to the unique manufacturing process each series undergoes and use of different materials (Brass/Aluminium/Stainless Steel). Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition. Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage.
